Day to Day

Princess tea party with best pals Jayci and Lilly-Lou

We went to Trafalga for some good old fashion family fun...

Tbe girls loved the carousel

I was really surprised how brave Nyah was by herself on the planes!

Need for speed with Dad!

We were having a great time on the bumper boats... until...

If I posted the picture that was taken after this one I would have to ad a parent advisory for my reaction to us getting sprayed!  Nyah was not happy!  HA!

With the wind in our hair...

We claimed first place. :) It was funny because we paid for tickets to ride the rides but no one would take our tickets they just let us ride everything for free... until our last ring around the carousal... totally random.

Sweet Ali asleep on Dad.  This is one of those times that you don't dare take full breaths in case you wake her up.

Everyday we would walk down to the gas station for a drink and treats... made for a great destination.

Somebody has big plans that involve a sucker :)

Caught in the act!!  Ali is always making these funny faces... maybe she is trying to distract me from getting her in trouble?

Here is Ali practicing her princess wave at the famous Smithfield Health Days Parade...

We rode on mick "float" and threw candy to for Mick's new insurance job.

Always ready for a pose :)

Nyah LOVED throwing candy she tried to unload the bucket right off the bat... and gave me a black eye trying to get treats to the kids on the back row.

Afterward Nyah went to the carnival with her cousins... She has such a great time with them!!!!!

I can't believe I got this on camera...Ali falling asleep on her own...It happened to Nyah only once and this is the only known and documented occurrence of Ali.

Nyah and Raegan...are great friends :)

This is typical Nyah dressed as princess on her self-made thrown that of course has a cup holder for her sippie with remote in hand :)

Out for another walk...

We found some horses to pet...Both the girls love feeding them and letting them smell their hands so the horses know they are friends.

Kicken it outside on a summer evening...

Ali's first taste of mud.

Zoo Day

Had to get the classic lion fountain picture.

LOVED the Elephants!

 LOVED Grandma!

Ali liked the elephants but went CRAZY for the monkeys.  Literally!

Nyah still talks about this carousel ride!

Giraffes are Nyah's one true LOVE!!!!

Train ride.

Obviously they had a good time because they passed as soon as we got in the car...Nyah is riding a giraffe probably named Arla and Ali is sharing a banana with a monkey named Boots.  Sweet dreams my beauties!

Ali turns ONE!!!!!!

It happened ... my spring time chick turned ONE!!  I planned Ali for April because for some reason I really like that month...and also so that she could have Easter themed birthday parties!  Ha...I know it's ridiculous... but that's how I roll!  :)

With Grandma Dahle.

With Grandpa Dahle.

With Uncle Trev.

What could be sweeter than that face?  Really?

We started the party off with frittata and orange rolls for brunch...and then moved to a wild Easter egg hunt outside.  We lucked out with the warmest day of the year so far!  Tied to your partner everyone scattered for eggs full of candy and cold hard cash (ok change.)  :)

Grandma and Grandpa totally scored without even busting a hip!

Auntie Andi was the lucky partner of the BIRTHDAY GIRL!  Those are squeals of delight of her face.  I promise.

After collecting eggs your team busted them open counting money and egg color.

Prizes were awarded for things like the most pink eggs...stakes were high!

Looks like someone has some extra pink eggs up her sleeve.  ;)

Ali cashed in on some great presents!

That doubled as a seat later.

Looks like someone enjoyed her cake.

Ali was very dainty taking small tastes of her cake and offering to share.  I can't believe my baby is ONE!!

March

Blogging has gone from a monthly thing to a quarterly/semi-annual event...sorry.  :)

I came into the living room the other day and Nyah had her and Ali accessorized like this...Ha.

My sweet Ali is always making funny faces she seems so little in these pictures...she is growing up so FAST!

Here is Nyah being so helpful and feeding her little sis.

Hanging out and watching some tv with sipppie cups on tap...what could be better!  Nyah really is the most AMAZING big sister.  I was so nervous to have another baby for how it would affect her...I read all the books, stressed and planned...and in the end she was a natural!  So sweet!

CINDERELLA BALLET

My mom took Nyah and I to a Cinderella ballet making all of Nyahs dreams come true!  It really was a magical night.  What a wonderful Grandma!!!!!!!!!!

Nyah was so mesmerized...later she remembered it in crazy detail...I couldn't believe it.

She had to have her picture with the star herself...Cinderella.

oh...and all the other characters too!  :)

My two angels!!  I hear all the time how fast this time goes by and how you will wish you could come back and squeeze your little ones... so I try and soak them up as much as I can.  Moments like this make me wish this time of life could last forever and I try an burn these images deep in my mind so I can have them forever!  I love being a mom soooo much... these two little girls make me so happy (and crazy)!
