HOME FOR THE SUMMER
We spent the summer in Utah so that Derek could clerk for a Judge... and we had a most amazing time. We started things off with a bang... the girls and I went out two weeks early for my bother Trevor's wedding while Derek took finals.  We got to spend some extra fun time with my sister Dee and her smarty pants little boy Liam.

Pony rides at thanksgiving point... Nyah wasn't totally sure about riding the pony even though they were about the same size :)

We took the kids to a 3-d dinosaur movie... It was Liams first movie ever!  Clearly the girls and I were planning on staying well hydrated during the show :)

We rode trax downtown to City Creek to meet Grandpa Dahle for some lunch and do some shopping.

While there the kids could not help themselves when they saw the fountains... I tried to stop them from getting wet... but they were soaked by the time we left and I had to change their clothes on the train ride home... they had a ball.

Smores in the back yard... Grandma Dahle chopped up some fire wood and had a roaring fire perfect for roasting!

Heaven on earth.

Trevor's Wedding

Welcome to the family! We are so excited to have another sister! Congratulations!

And Auntie Andi

Here is famous baby Olivia the one who Nyah named her beloved giraffe after.

Trying to make a run for it to get out of family pictures!  I think it was Uncle Dan's idea

Liam loves Ali with all of his Liam heart and unfortunately Ali is not always super receptive. :)

The three musketeers... i love these girls!

Ducks in the park

We spent some time feeding the ducks/geese at sugar house park... there seemed to be thousands of them and the kids had a great time chasing them and feeding them bread.

I loved this picture of Ali!

ON TO HOGLE ZOO

We went to the zoo and of course the the kids were bursting with excitement ...
the elephants were a favorite.

Ended the day with a train ride.

SWIMMING IN GRANDMA'S BACKYARD

The girls had so much fun swimming and being entertained by Liam's dare-devil moves.

Spending time with cousins is the best!

Grandmas reading bedtime stories

Grandpa Dahle set up an amazing swing sets that the kids had a wonderful time on!

Our two weeks away from Derek were PACKED with tons of excitement and adventure... I think Grandma took a LONG nap as soon as we left!  :)  We sure appreciate her for showing us such a incredible time with a rockin agenda... and loved spending time with Dee and Liam!
