I saw a
recipe for these and thought is was the most clever thing I had ever seen...and...thought I was the only one who knew about them. Until I started asking around and everyone is like "ya, of course I had those when I was little." So, I had been feeling rather deprived that I didn't remember getting them as a child...until...yesterday my mom confirmed that yes, I was made these as a child...and now everything is right in the world yet again.

Nyah's 6 month birthday we had a slumber party with Auntie Dee and Andi :) what fun. Too bad
Nyah was the only one not to get a cupcake.
She seems pretty pleased anyway...

I tried to make these for Bridget's second birthday, but the cones just ended up soggy. It was a pretty hideous disaster. (I used those mini cones)
Did you cook the batter in the cones? Or just slide a cupcake in later? I've heard of both.
